Refactor Fitness does not sell your personal information. We have never sold your personal information and we do not intend to do so in the future.

1. Our Commitment

Refactor Fitness does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or consumer health data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This applies to all categories of personal information we collect, including:

Account information (email address, name)
Body measurements and health metrics
Nutrition and dietary data
Workout and exercise data
Meal photos, progress photos, and notes
Allergy, dietary restriction, and injury data
AI conversation data (messages with the in-app AI assistant)
App preferences and settings

2. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
Delete personal information we have collected from you.
Opt out of the sale of your personal information (though we do not sell it).
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information only to provide the Refactor Fitness app functionality — tracking your nutrition, workouts, and progress, and generating personalized AI-powered suggestions. 4. Exercising Your Rights

In the app: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account to permanently delete all your data, or Profile > Export Data to access a copy of your data.
