Delete Your Account
Refactor Fitness lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us directly.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open Refactor Fitness and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
- You will be offered the option to download your data before deletion. Choose to download or skip.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your Refactor Fitness account so we can locate and delete your data.

What data is deleted

Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to avoid further charges. Any remaining subscription time will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Download your data first
Before deleting your account, you can export all of your data (nutrition logs, workout history, measurements, profile information, and any exportable legacy photos still attached to your account) as a downloadable ZIP file. The app will prompt you to do this during the deletion flow, or you can export at any time from Profile > Export My Data.
